Terms and conditions for Marketing work:

1. We agree to provide Digital Marketing Services to the Client as per the scope of work and fees agreed upon in writing.

2. Client agrees to accurately provide all required information, documents and records. The Client is solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data provided to the Digital Marketer.

3. We will act based on the data provided by the client and in accordance with the applicable standards and regulations.

4.  Digi Smart Growth does not guarantee any results or outcomes arising from the work products.

5. Digi Smart Growth will maintain the confidentiality of client information and will not disclose it to any third party without the prior consent of the client.

6. Digi Smart Growth shall not be liable for any loss, damage, penalty, interest or expense arising out of any error, omiss,elay or negligence on the part of the Customer or any third party. Digi Smart Growth's liability shall be limited to the amount of fees paid by the client.
